Job Title: Account Manager

The Ideal Account Manager Candidate:

Our Account Managers enjoy:

Ownership of client relationships & strategy: Account Managers are the internal go-to resource for all things clients! Responsible for the strategic tactics, relationships, and budget management, Account Managers’ client budgets range from hundreds to thousands of dollars per month. Integrated digital marketing strategies for our clients include SEO, social media, paid digital advertising, and more.

Strategic collaboration on digital marketing & advertising: Account Managers collaborate with digital advertising analysts, content specialists, graphic designers, web developers, account coordinators and many more to create effective digital marketing campaigns that help our clients’ businesses grow.

Autonomy and team-oriented atmosphere: Daily and weekly team meetings, as well as our open office space, contribute to frequent and collaborative discussion of how we can all improve together. Account Managers are allowed autonomy to make decisions for their clients once they’ve demonstrated their effectiveness.

Commission / upsell opportunities: With a focus on growing client businesses and therefore marketing investments, Account Managers are able to earn commissions.

Training & tools: We provide training on both our services and our processes, as well as tools to make your job efficient including custom software and CRMs in which client projects and tasks are tracked and organized.

Proven success in several industries: We have successful clients across a spectrum of industries with a heavy hand in medical, legal, and tourism.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of full time work experience managing client relationships in an agency, marketing company, or other B2B company

Confident presentation style and ability to demonstrate expertise effectively via teleconference or in person meetings

Skilled at relationship building and daily management of client

Client-focused

Excellent conflict resolution skills

Proactive communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written

Results-driven

High attention to detail

Independent ability to prioritize and manage time

High level of computer proficiency on Mac (including Google Docs & Microsoft Office)

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, digital media or a commensurate level of experience

Strategic digital marketing experience

Experience with marketing budget allocation

Experience in successful project management or coordination

Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management / task management system (SugarCRM, SalesForce, Hubspot CRM)

Job Title:  Digital Marketing Sales Executive

The Ideal Sales Executive Candidate:

The ideal candidate learns quickly, takes initiative, and will grow our existing client base utilizing creative sales solutions to prospect for new business. If you like working in a fast pace environment, talking with people and helping the business grow, this is the job for you.

Our Sales Executives enjoy:

Full ownership of sales cycle: Manage the sales from lead inception through the close, including prospecting, presentation & proposal creation, and contract negotiations.

Strategic selling: Select and recommend appropriate online marketing strategies to match client goals based on consultative selling discussions. Strategies include search engine optimization (SEO), paid online advertising (SEM/PPC), content marketing, social media marketing and more.

Selling nationwide, from New Orleans: Fish in a large pond by selling via phone from the Search Influence office downtown, including structured and ad hoc cold calling & emailing.

Inbound and outbound leads: We provide leads to our sales team through our marketing efforts and you have the freedom to create your own opportunities via in person networking and online research.

Wide range of budgets: Marketing budgets of our clients range from hundreds of dollars per month to thousands of dollars per month. You’ll identify pre-packaged and/or custom solutions to make the most of the client’s budget to meet their needs.

Team-oriented atmosphere: Daily and weekly team meetings, as well as our open office space, contribute to frequent and collaborative discussion of how we can all improve together.

Training & tools: We provide training on both our services and our sales process, as well as tools to make your job efficient including a user-friendly sales CRM in which all daily, weekly, and monthly activity expectations are tracked.

Proven success in several industries: We have successful clients across a spectrum of industries with a heavy hand in medical, legal, and tourism.

Requirements:

1 – 3 years experience working in a professional sales position

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written

Self-motivated to deliver results

Agile personality

Independent decision-making ability

Desired Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business or other related discipline or a commensurate level of experience

Familiarity with a CRM / task management system (SugarCRM, SalesForce, Hubspot CRM)

High level of computer proficiency on Mac (including Google Docs & Microsoft Office)

Knowledge of online marketing

Prior experience in sales and marketing of SEO

General business acumen for speaking to prospects in multiple industries
