Imaginal Marketing is looking for an Art Director to lead our award-winning creative team. Full time position, 4-Day work week. We are looking for passionate, wildly creative and client-oriented applicants. Ideas should flow freely, along with the skills and initiative to make them happen. We are open to someone with experience, or someone who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Skills and Requirements:
• A strong portfolio
• Avid investigator of what’s next in marketing
• A love for talent and working to evolve other artists
• A desire to always get better
• Able to stand up for ideas you are passionate about, and open to listening and collaboration
• Able to talk things out and through
• Ability to organize and manage a variety of projects, deadlines and people
• Ability to laugh and/or make others laugh
• A shared belief that the best idea wins, no matter where it comes from
• A solution-oriented mindset and positive attitude
• Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Management experience not required, but a plus
