The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
The technical aspects of the job:
- Maintain strong brand and develop promotional vision, activity, and calendar while working closely with operations
- Create and maintain an annual marketing strategy for 3 concepts
- Develop annual budget and closely monitor expense management
- Supervise, manage, and approve all creative and media agency relationships and buys
- Support and coach for Local Store Marketing (LSM)
- Implement and grow digital presence while maintaining a current working knowledge of industry trends
- Maintain a strong adherence to brand and continued messaging of brand
- Manage, design, and optimize 4 concept websites leveraging order engines, SEO, and customer interaction
- Continue to research market strategy for new avenues
- Conduct promotion analysis to leverage future activity
- Coach and schedule public relation opportunities between agency and ownership/leadership
- Optimize charitable opportunities for company and ownership participation as part of brand promise

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Previous position on executive team or C-Suite
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Environment
- 75% office; 25% in the field / restaurants
- May include some nights and weekends to work around restaurant schedules for advertising shoots and creative production.
